Wayne Linderman, president and owner, has over 18 years in the military and industry prior to founding Asymmetric Business Group. He attended Central Michigan University graduating with a BS in Economics and Distinguished Military Graduate honors. From there, he continued to excel in Army Aviation and served world-wide as a leader, Maintenance Test Pilot and Aviation Maintenance Officer. In each endeavor, he gained the knowledge and hands-on leadership experience that would prepare him for success in future business opportunities. After returning to West Michigan, Wayne held key leadership positions in the capital equipment, plastics, and heavy fabrication industries. Today, ABG brings to you a dynamic, professional team with high initiative to help your business excel. The diversity of our backgrounds include operations management, Lean / Six Sigma, ISO 9000, ERP implementation, materials management / purchasing, manufacturing, project management, capacity planning and leadership / team development.
