Description
Chuck Proudfit, the founder of At Work on Purpose , began following Christ in 1997. He was seeking practical ways to live out Christian faith at work, and discovering how hard it is. The workplace didn't like to talk about "religion and politics", and the local church was largely disengaged from the tough spiritual realities of modern work life. Applying his research background from Harvard University, Chuck spent several years studying how Christians live out faith in the workplace, and how scripture speaks to our experiences. He uncovered a consistent set of spiritual struggles faced by workplace Christians, and a compelling set of spiritual solutions straight from God's word. Collectively, these insights formed the framework for At Work on Purpose , which was launched in 2003. Our ministry has grown dramatically, and now serves workplace Christians around the world. No matter where we work, Christians can be At Work on God's Purposes. All of us with At Work on Purpose look forward to serving you.
