Atapco Properties, a wholly owned subsidiary of American Trading and Production Corporation (Atapco) , is a Baltimore based full-service commercial real estate development company whose primary focus is the acquisition, development, leasing and management of premium office, retail, industrial and mixed-use properties throughout the mid-Atlantic region of the United States. Atapco has been in the real estate business for over five decades and currently owns and operates properties in New Jersey, Delaware, Pennsylvania, Indiana, Maryland, Virginia, and North Carolina.

Kevin began his career with Trammel Crow Company in Texas in 1983 and has held senior management positions with Philadelphia's Toll Brothers, New York's The Harlan Company and ran his own commercial real estate company for five years. His experience throughout his career has covered a broad spectrum of commercial real estate investment and development activity.
