For over 30 years, ATEC has offered financial consultation services to a variety of clientele including financial institutions, attorneys, bankruptcy trustees, accountants, and private businesses. ATEC provides a wealth of services to our clients, all of which can be utilized individually, or combined to suit our client's needs.

Implementation. Once an overall strategy has been developed, ATEC can either assist with or handle its implementation. ATEC has experience in all facets of recoveries, including negotiations with debtors, guarantors and other creditors. Our experience includes all documentation, monitoring of collections and inventory levels, as well as liquidations. Of course, if the situation dictates, ATEC’s liquidation services are our primary area of expertise.

ATEC organizes and handles all sizes of auctions, from minimal pieces of inventory or machinery & equipment, to large facilities that require a multi-day auction. ATEC has a history of conducting hundreds of successful, highly attended, and profitable auctions. The key to this success is our ability to organize and structure our auctions, and our targeted advertising campaigns.

ATEC’s abilities and experience in valuing a wide-range of machinery & equipment, provides for accurate and timely appraisals. ATEC’s experience encompasses a vast number of industries and companies, from airline parts manufacturers to wood working manufacturers; from steel foundries to complete hospital facilities. ATEC's valuations are used in preloan evaluation, interim loan monitoring, and for work-out recovery assessments.
