Equity Raising Athena has extensive experience sourcing, structuring and negotiating transactions with venture capital , private equity and other institutional and individual capital sources. Athena leverages its experience from both sides of the table - as both prior CFO of several VC & PE-back operating companies, and as a prior VC & PE fund principal - to help your company be fully prepared to raise capital. Then Athena will work with you to source, structure, negotiate and close equity capital. Athena works synergistically with investment banks and other intermediaries , or can assist you, as your CFO, to go to market directly.
