About Athenium Athenium was founded in 1997 with the goal of developing best-in-class tools that would lead organizations to better problem solving and more efficient operations. Our goal today is much the same now as it was over 15 years ago -- to develop superior quality assurance improvement solutions for our national and global clients. By anticipating and responding to our customers' needs over the years, we have developed a comprehensive performance improvement suite that encompasses the entire QA review process, from file selection through planning for performance development. We consider ourselves much more than a software company.

Jim leads the client services, sales, and marketing efforts for Athenium. Jim has over two decades of experience in software development and professional services with a strong focus on learning and collaborative systems. Jim started his career with Digital Equipment Corporation as a software engineer. Subsequent positions have included work in consulting, training, and project management.

As insurance organizations change and grow, their quality assurance systems are often unable to keep pace. Highly skilled QA reviewers and managers may spend endless time measuring, analyzing, and reporting -- leaving them little time for their other responsibilities.
