Step 2 – Insurance Approval: After obtaining an estimate, we send it to your insurance company for review. We may undergo negotiation about the price, procedures and parts used for your auto repair. In some cases, your insurance company may classify the damage as a total loss. If your vehicle is repairable, we will begin the process immediately.
At our full-service auto body shop and collision center we work closely with multiple rental car companies. Not only will our team address all of your rental car questions and guide you through the process, we'll also check with your insurance company to make sure you're using your auto coverage to the fullest extent. We can even arrange for your preferred rental car company to pick you up at our facility when you bring in your car for repairs. Still have questions?
