Atlanta Dogworks is owned and run by Greg and Carol Lane Tresan. With over thirty years of dog training experience, Greg Tresan is a unique individual in the world of animals and entertainment. Propelled to national attention in the early 1990's with Jumpin' Jess, his world class Frisbee dog, Greg performed at numerous sporting events for crowds as large as 80,000 people, became a spokesperson for major dog food companies and provided animal talent for national advertising campaigns. Greg apprenticed as a dog trainer under the late Vicki Hearne, noted author, Yale professor, and dog trainer. Concurrently, Greg worked for George Bernard, president of the American Boarding Kennel Association. Following his apprenticeship, Greg became an obedience instructor for the Richmond Dog Training Center in Richmond, VA and subsequently, established Atlanta Dogworks in 1993 in Atlanta, GA.
