In March of 1998 Robert Armstrong and Jay Leslie founded Atlanta Land Group (ALG). This firm and its affiliates are licensed by the State of Georgia as a Real Estate Brokerage Company and is a member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors. Currently, ALG has fifteen sales agents and or licensed brokers with Real Estate experience ranging from 2 to 25 years, totaling over 100 years in the business! Atlanta Land Group specializes in marketing of developed and undeveloped property with a focus in metropolitan Atlanta, from the Georgia Mountains to Lake and Coastal property and throughout the Southeastern United States. The property types we represent include Commercial, Mixed-Use Development, Industrial, Office, Retail and Residential in Urban and Rural areas. Georgia land tracts, both large and small, offer many applications from commercial to recreational uses such as Equestrian Estates or Hunting Farm retreats and more! Our clientele includes individuals, developers and investors both locally and nationally, as well as some Fortune 500 companies and many private companies such as General Motors, Home Depot, Lowes, BellSouth, Chrysler Realty, BJ's Membership Club, Brands Mart, The Sembler Company, Kennedy Capital Group, Publix Supermarkets, Target, and Hennessy Automotive Group. Our philosophy has been quite simple. We identify, analyze, consult with our clients and assist in the implementation of their real estate plans. Land sales have become rather complicated with the intense environmental and political scrutiny the public has mandated over the past ten years.
