Since 1996, Atlantic American Partners, LLC and its western-U.S. affiliate, Pacific American Properties, Incorporated, have developed thirty-five affordable apartment communities totaling approximately 5,000 units in fifteen different markets across the country. The combined value of these developments exceeds $250 million. The majority of these developments have involved the acquisition and rehabilitation of existing properties, and the balance of the portfolio has been created through the construction of new, affordable communities.
