George Mason Mortgage, LLC, is a full service lender based in Fairfax, Virginia. We are a wholly owned subsidiary of Cardinal Bank and in 2010 we originiated over $3 billion in residential mortgages through George Mason Mortgage and our affiliates. We have offices throughout Northern Virginia and Maryland and we can offer financing in MD, VA, DC and many other states.

We purchased the home prebuilt, therefore we did not have the experience of going through the entire building process. This is not negative, as we perceived this process to be not a pleasant experience, based on other friends experiences with other companies (Atlantic Builders). After working with Atlantic's staff, I am confident we would have been completely delighted with the process. Atlantic's staff was always patient, explained everything to us, and was very responsive and always made us feel like we were important customers.
