Prior to joining Atlantic Coast Mortgage LLC, she was a mortgage consultant at Wells Fargo Mortgage for over 13 years.

Ashley Smith strives to tailor her clients mortgage needs to their short term and long term financial goals. With over 11 years of experience in mortgage lending, Ashley is an industry leader who funds over 80 million dollars in residential mortgage loans a year. Her expertise ranges from assisting the first time homebuyer to financing several homes for an investor. Ashley is well versed in purchase and refinance closings of FHA/VA, Conventional, Jumbo and Home Equity loans.
