Ms. Howell has over 18 years of experience in environmental ecology, natural resource management, watershed planning, endangered species assessment, wetlands and CAMA. Her experience included consulting and regulatory roles in the field. Ms. Howell holds a Bachelor of Science in ecology and environmental biology from Appalachian State University.
