SHIPPING CHARGES All orders are shipped within 24-48 hours. We ship via UPS and USPS. Shipping is free on orders of $50 or more of in stock items. A flat rate shipping fee of $7.95 will be applied to orders under $50. Free and flat rate shipping only applies to orders shipped via standard shipping (least expensive method) within the Contiguous United States. All other orders will be charged actual shipping costs (based on weight and location). Orders shipped with special services do not qualify for free shipping. Free shipping does not apply to prior orders. If you are shipping to multiple addresses, each address is treated as a seperate order. Reorders of out of stock items are treated as new orders. APPROXIMATE SHIPPING TRANSIT TIMES (after your order leaves our warehouse) USPS generally arrives in 1-3 days when shipped within the Contiguous United States. DAMAGED MERCHANDISE If you receive a damaged box or damaged merchandise inside, please call our customer service department and they will assist you.

The Code of Federal Regulations listing of major known allergens includes peanuts, soybeans, milk, eggs, fish, crustacea, tree nuts, and wheat. All of our products containing any major known allergen are explicity labeled with the common or usual name of the allergen. While our manufacturing and packaging practices attempt to reduce and eliminate any cross-contact of products with known major food allergens, our products are packaged on machinery that packages tree nuts, soy products, and dairy products.
