The largest condominium development ever built in downtown Chattanooga - $36 Million, 200-units. Dollar Concrete completed all foundation work, elevated cast in place and epicore concrete topping for Wood Partners of Marietta, Georgia. It has 165,000SF of elevated cast in place and 240,000SF of epicore concrete topping. Completion Spring of 2008.
