Susan has always been interested in anything related to the water and outdoors. She taught sailing for over 30 years and is a seasoned trans-oceanic racer.

Susan serves as chief instructor for White Bear, as well as the head of Atlas Outfitters. She conducted teacher training seminars at workshops in universities across the United States for over 15 years.

- Scott joined our staff in December 2002. He is a firefighter with over 30 years experience in the fire service. Scott is the chief of Clayton-Winchester FD, as well as training officer and state-certified in-house instructor.

North America . It is our depth of experience in the field that led us to develop Practical Ice Rescue. It provides the information and training actually needed during rescues. We don't waste your time talking about statistics and theory. Over the past few years, hundreds of firefighters and sheriffs rescue squads have received training certification through our course.
