Atronix uses Quality Workbench to provide a number of standard reports that allow you to reach into your collect quality data and organize it to provide a meaningful view into the health of your business and the products and services it produces. Detail and summary quality data reporting by part number (component or assembly), product line, product type, warehouse, entity, workorder or employee are at your command.

In addition, ATRONIX is continually seeking process improvement opportunities in order to provide our customers with the highest quality standards and on time delivery. Atronix’ facilities in Billerica, MA and Nogales, Sonora, Mexico both practice Six Sigma. Atronix de Mexico provides a purpose built facility dedicated to lean manufacturing techniques to promote the highest efficiency. Atronix is continuously striving to eliminate waste in order to improve the quality of its product while reducing its cost.

Atronix has more than twenty years experience in the manufacture of application-specific wire harnesses and assemblies for an expansive variety of OEM products and markets. We also provide a full range of related services including design, engineering, tooling, production and packaging. Atronix has been certified by many of its customers to provide direct product shipments to stocking warehouse(s) or directly to end user locations. Direct to end user shipments can be affected using your documentation providing efficient delivery direct to your customers. Weekly or periodic deliveries can be made directly from Atronix to your production lines assuring efficient line operation and inventory utilization.
