Attic Studio

Description

To develop the body, the voice and the imagination. These are the three great 'instruments' of the actor or performer. At the Attic Studio, students learn to be more expressive verbally and physically, more flexible emotionally. They learn movement, rhythm, energy levels, improvisation, the art of gesture, the voice as intrument, story-telling and listening techniques, relaxation and visualisation, and acting in sketches. As well as developing social skills, students find they become more relaxed, centred and socially aware. They also gain sound acting skills and an appreciation of Theatre as an art form.
