Leonard Attman serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors for Attman Properties Company. Mr. Attman is a builder and developer of apartment communities, and commercial real estate throughout the great state of Maryland . He has been a visionary in the Real Estate industry for over 60 years with an expertise in building,developing, marketing, sales, and leasing. He is actively involved with several local charities and community partnership committees, including the Maryland Stadium Authority, and the Reginald Lewis Museum Board. Mr.

Janeann Streat Walsh is Attman Properties' Director of Real Estate has over 28 years of experience in commercial real estate, with the first five years in retail including managing and leasing a 400,000 square foot mall. She spent the next 15 years of her career as Marketing and Public Relations Manager for Nottingham Properties, the master developer of the White Marsh Town Center, a 2,000-acre, master planned, mixed-use community in northeast Baltimore County, Maryland. In 2005, Janeann was promoted to leasing for Nottingham's Howard and Baltimore County portfolios.

Ms. Levitas has been with Attman Properties Company since its inception in 1988. She is a licensed real estate agent and throughout her 27 year career, has focused on commercial and residential real estate. As a member of the leadership team at Attman Properties Company, a family owned and operated company, she makes it a priority to “never provide the corporate answer” and instead works to establish meaningful, mutually-beneficial partnerships with her tenants and clients.
