Jim has been a fixture in the legal recruiting, search and staffing industry in Los Angeles for over 15 years, supported by 10 years experience as a legal professional. He has placed attorneys and other legal professionals with leading law firms and corporations throughout the greater LA area. Jim's deep, personal industry knowledge supports his expertise in client development and recruiting project management. He continually cultivates long term relationships with his clients. Jim holds an MFA from Brandeis University and a BA from Pitzer College.

Janet has been a successful legal recruiter for over 10 years since she moved to the United States from the United Kingdom. I enjoy my work, particularly as we have such an excellent team here. Searching for a new job is stressful, and many attorneys are wary of the recruitment process, of even getting started in case somebody at their current job "catches on" that they are looking. My job is to gain the candidates trust and to assure them that the whole process will be handled with complete confidentiality and in a smooth and professional manner which results in an offer.
