Phyllis is a 1975 graduate of Rochester Institute of Technology with an M.S. in Business Communications; she has lived in Florida since 1984. Phyllis worked as a title agent for six years before joining Attorneys First Insurance, providing Professional Liability Coverage. Phyllis is licensed in the state of Florida as a Title Agent, Notary Public, and a Property & Casualty Agent.
