Products that operate from eletric power requires an AC input of 100V and require proper transformer in order to work correctly outside of Japan. AudioCubes only sells 100% genuine, brand new, unaltered products sourced directly from original manufacturers or authorized distributors. AudioCubes is not liable for loss or damages of any kind arising from the use of products sold from this site including but not limited to consequential, incidental, direct or indirect loss or damages.

At the time when counterfeits and knockoffs are rampant on the Internet, AudioCubes sources only from the original manufacturers, even with higher costs, to ensure our customers receive the latest, genuine products from Japan. Even though our products are shipped out from Japan directly to you, AudioCubes Inc is a US company, so call or email us anytime if you have questions regarding your order. By 2002, Audio Cubes Inc established AudioCubes2.com (AC2) to accommodate the increase in demand for high end audiophile electronics and accessories. AC2 has since then become a force of its own in making high end Japanese audio gear and accessories available worldwide.

All of our products carry a 1 year warranty through us. To have your electronics serviced free using manufacturer's warranty you will need to send the product, along with its warranty card, back to us. Shipping TO AudioCubes will be covered by customer and we will cover the shipping charge back to you. Please email us before you send your unit for repair/exchange. Please note that warranty only applies to electronic products that may malfunction. Toys and other non-electronic products are not applicable. Warranty will not be honored without fees for user-induced defects.
