ASA Electronics is pleased to announce that we have recently been re-certified for ISO-9001:2008 registration from Lloyd's Register Quality Assurance Ltd. (LRQA) and (RAB) Registrar Accreditation Board, the United States accrediting body certifying that our Quality Management system meets the requirements, documentation and intent of ISO 9001:2008, ANSI/ISO/ASQ/Q9001-2008. For our quality management system applicable to: Design and manufacture of audio, video, camera, and safety systems for mobile applications.

1929-1940 Jensen Co. manufactures 60% of all speakers being made for independent radio producers. Jensen introduces the permanent magnet dynamic loudspeaker, the first commercial compression-driven horn tweeter and the first molded hi-fi speaker diaphragm were unveiled. – Jensen pioneers high fidelity, develops and produces first multiple speaker system.

The Independent Boat Builders, Inc. (IBBI) has recently selected ASA Electronics, with their JENSEN and Polk line of products, to be their preferred supplier of audio systems for the next four years. Since 2013, ASA has held a key role with the IBBI as their video supplier of choice. Independent Boat Builders, Inc. is the leading marine buying group, with a reputation for financial stability, innovation, and integrity from their membership. IBBI currently has 20 members, located in the United States and Canada. Cumulatively, IBBI manufacturers sell more boats in the U.S. than any other entity.
