We can also help you decipher the "contract rider" which can contain many detailed requirements that must be met, especially when it comes to national acts. Dealing directly with road managers, booking agents, producers, and the talent themselves, we can help negotiate on your behalf the items that are technical in nature, insuring that your concert event goes smoothly.

Our photographers have extensive experience in multi-image, stills, video, and mixed media formats. From photographing candid modules, award ceremonies, and social events to specific applications, August West can bring your image to the screen. We have carefully selected our photographers for their unique ability to photograph under all types of adverse conditions. In addition to technical skills, our photographers are people-oriented, outgoing, and personable.

August West Audio Visual can assist your company by providing support for your next function. We work with meeting planners, in-house reps, producers, and other audio visual companies coming to the area. We know what it is like doing a show out of town!

You can rent equipment anywhere, but the personnel that run that equipment are the most important part of putting together a successful event. All of our personnel have had extensive training and years of experience in the corporate industrial world.
