Her background: Dina joined the Augustine Design team in 2001. She received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from National University in San Diego and has prior work experience in the real estate industry. She brings more than 18 years’ experience in office administration to her tasks, with expertise in client and staff relations, accounting, contract administration and billing procedures.

As a result, referrals and repeat clients comprise over 90 percent of our business.

Her background: Debbie has been on the Augustine Design Group team since 1999. She received a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design from the University of Arizona and is certified by the National Council for Interior Design Qualification. With over 15 years of experience working with high-profile clients in a variety of industries, her diverse experience includes design consultation and management of corporate headquarters projects, historical renovations, multiple-branch networks, mixed-use buildings and office interiors of every type.

Her strengths: Dina provides a strong leadership role in the firm, assisting the Principal in day-to-day operations, undertaking financial planning projects, analyzing budgets and looking for ways to provide clients the best value for their investment in their project. She is known as a talented individual who has the ability to multi-task and keep projects moving forward to completion while remaining organized and calm. Dina has a well-deserved reputation for blending humor with sound management skills, reliability, and common sense and is a vital member of the team.
