Information Technology (IT) — Auroros assists our customers map the right technology to their information requirements. In particular, Auroros assists our customers escape IT sprawl and capture enterprise level efficiencies Process improvement — Auroros provides process modeling and consulting services, to include Lean Sigma, High Impact Core Value Stream analysis, and enterprise-wide continuous process improvement planning and deployment consulting. Portfolio management — Auroros provides our customers budget insight and guidance regarding their IT investments by assisting them in mapping their existing and desired spending against overall enterprise information requirement priorities. Enterprise transformation — Auroros helps clarify and guide our customer’s transformation process. We assist them in the application of their strategic vision to transform delivery of processes, provisions and information to both their internal and external customers. Auroros helps uncover the existing Information Management/Information Technology (IM/IT) baseline and lend focus to the customer’s future desired state based on enterprise information management priorities. Auroros provides analysis and planning regarding the gaps and overlaps between these two states and the resulting transition plan needed to accomplish the future state, to include budget information, performance metrics, and milestones. Enterprise Architecture — Auroros provides IM/IT architecture consulting services with particular focus and expertise in the DOD Architecture Framework (DODAF) and DOD Business Enterprise Architecture.
