During his time at UT, John became a licensed Real Estate agent, working for various commercial real estate brokers in Austin. After graduation, he relocated to Washington, D.C., where he worked as a financial market analyst at Shannon and Luchs Real Estate. From there, John went to the Federal National Mortgage Association (FNMA/Fannie Mae), where he worked as a residential loan packaging/servicing analyst. Eventually, John took a position at Pardoe Real Estate Sothebys in the D.C./Georgetown area, selling luxury homes and estates. In 1995, John left D.C., returning to Austin, where he began investing in real estate and brokering commercial and residential properties. Chris moved to Austin in 1995 from Washington D.C. and began his career working in the Austin Real Estate market in 1998. In 2000, Chris joined John Teinert in creating Austin Fine Properties, now a Private Label Realty Company. In addition to managing the Austin Fine Properties Baylor Street office, Chris enjoys working with both buyers and sellers and prides himself in paying the utmost attention to detail and going above and beyond to ensure his clients have a smooth transaction.
