A Choice chuck 8oz fresh ground burger is perfectly balanced to provide a full meat flavor but remain tender and juicy. Char-grilled and seasoned with our special “burger” seasoning…this burger stands alone. Topped with our aged cheddar or chunky Blue Cheese dressing.

In 1996 our company was founded by restaurateur owner Jim Lukens. Jim grew up in Southeastern PA and Delaware where he continues to live, raise his family and lead our company. After a career of operating a few large local companies, Jim developed a passion for Food and Service. Time on the road across the country Jim experienced some of the best and not so best of the restaurant industry.
