Auto Authority was founded in 1996 as a transportation company and was met with immediate adversity when our truck caught fire on our very first load. With my life savings spent on the start up and a long battle between the truck manufacturer and the insurance company, we were left without any income. That is when Auto Authority became a used car lot. I know pre-owned sounds much classier, but in the beginning there was no class about it. We were retailing cars for under $500, so you get the picture! The word spread fast about our customer service and integrity and we soon had over 30 cars on the lot from $1,500-$25,000. Then another transition happened when we took a bunch of truck accessories on a trade in. Right away we knew there was a big need for an accessory shop with installation in the area. We now offer thousands of vehicle accessories, tires, wheels, lift kits, performance parts, camper shells, running boards, and interior items. All are top brand names with no name prices and we offer installation on everything we sell.has become known for our big lifted Trucks, but we do carry a full line of car and towing accessories. We offer hundreds of manufactures, but over the past 15 years we have selected a few of our favorites. We believe these brands offer the best value and overall customer satisfaction. Of course we know there are the "thrifty" shoppers out there so we do offer a line of generic products as well.
