The Automotive Service Association was founded to help automotive shop owners nationwide through resources, training, legislative representation, networking, communication efforts and more. All shops in their network strictly adhere to a Code of Ethics to ensure quality service to their customer.

We provide a methodical, procedural, and objective inspection with no repair sales pressure. Our neutral site allows the buyer to receive an unbiased evaluation with advice on repairs, maintenance and warranties. We also offer extended research on vehicles including title searches, recalls and service bulletins.

I am writing to say a big “Thank You”. I brought my 10 year old (paid for) car in for a trip inspection in January. I knew that many things would need repair. I received numerous calls during the day regarding the various repairs that would need to be made. I was given the price of the repair and an idea of urgency. I went ahead and had everything brought up to best running condition. I had a few other issues come up more recently and had the car in again on 2/18/13. Once again, I received the same wonderful service. I got regular phone calls and the repairs were done in a timely manner. Your prices are reasonable and you all go out of your way to make your customer’s feel welcome and involved. I also appreciate the ride to work. Having the car serviced was a good investment. I hope to be driving it for a long time, thanks to you. I am glad to be one of your customers and i will recommend your service to others.

It is caused by the materials that make up the pad linings themselves. Most brake pad manufactures offer organic or ceramic pads that may make this noise less irritating but will cost a little more. Remember some noises are a very normal part of your braking system.
