Auto Trans Matic, Inc. warranties to the purchaser that it will replace or repair, during usual working hours, our remanufactured transmission found to be defective in workmanship (365 days or 12,000 miles) from the date of purchase, which ever occurs first. All transmissions are warrantied in the same form in which they are sold and to the original purchaser. All carryout transmissions must come back as a carryout for warranty work or the proper labor will be charged to purchaser. Remanufactured transfer cases are warrantied for 90 days only, from the date of purchase. This limited warranty does NOT cover: - Transmissions damaged by abuse, neglect or accident. b) Transmissions built for high performance use -these transmissions are warrantied for 30 days only. c) Transmissions for vehicles with oversized tires, pushing snow or heavy towing -these transmissions are warrantied for 90 days only. d) Inconvenience, loss of time or expense in getting the transmission to Auto Trans Matic, Inc. for repair. e) Improper installation by parties other than Auto Trans Matic, Inc. including items 1 thru 4. 1) It is the responsibility of the installer to make sure any linkage, speedometer drive gears, bell housing, etc. are corrected on the new unit. ...
