Purchases made through our website can be cancelled within the first 24 hours of placing the order and is subject to a Cancellation Processing Fee of $9.95. After this time period, if your product is manufactured prior to your cancellation request, your order will also be subject to a restocking charge of 20% or $5.00 (whichever is greater). The reason for the restocking charge is that most of the products that we manufacture are "made to order". Thus, if your order has been manufactured, the likelihood of someone else ordering the exact same product in the color, material or type is remote. Cancellation requests can only be approved on items that are NOT Custom in nature and/or have not shipped.
A Note about Shipping - Each item offered is manufactured upon order. This ensures that our products are fresh when they arrive at your door. Due to the fact that our products are not sitting on a shelf gathering dust and getting old, you can rest assured that you will receive satisfaction long after the posted warranty dates.
