In 1978 Wes and Clara Ratliff founded what is now Automated Copy Systems, Inc. when they moved to Abilene from Terrell, Tx. They bought an AB Dick dealership and began a life in the printing press world. In 1981 they were approached by Canon to become a dealer. From there Automated Copy Systems has grown to three locations Abilene, San Angelo and Wichita Falls. We have 25 full time employees and a 15,000 sq ft facility located at 2611 Post Oak Rd. We don't just sell copy machines, we specialize in office solutions. You may have noticed our motto through out the web site which is "POSITIVELY OUTRAGEOUS SERVICE" and we have grown because we take it very seriously. ACS has been a leader in the office products business for more than 27 years. We have had the privilege of being named Small Business of the Year 2000, by the Abilene Chamber of Commerce. We are a member of the Better Business Bureau and support many Non-Profit Organizations.We offer in-house financing. NO THIRD PARTY FINANCE COMPANIES. Having this to offer our customers gives us the flexablity to work with the customers needs. In this ever changing technology its important to be flexable and able to make all the decisions in-house regarding our agreements.We are extremly proud of the service department that we have put together. Our technicians are all factory trained to stay up and on top of changing technology. We are able to offer our customers a 4 hour, or better, response time.
