Automated Inventory & Management Services (AIMS) is a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Business (SDVOB) established in 2002 and registered with SBA and CCR as a Small Business. Our team of professionals has performed nationwide fixed asset and retail inventories for Federal Government and Private Sector industries for over 20 years. Through teaming agreements AIMS and our Associates have provided Inventories, Asset Management Systems and Property Management Training to help establish, maintain and service the requirements necessary to meet Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR). Our Proprietor, Bill Allen, has served the personal property and fixed asset community for twenty years, as a Senior Project Officer for physical inventories throughout the United States. He is a member of the NPMA (National Property Management Association) and has completed training for NPMA certification and is a Certified Professional Property Administrator. Russell Allen, VP for Operations, has been involved in Property Management activities for the last 14 years and has served both the Federal Government and private sector industries in a variety of IT and inventory management positions. He is a past Vice President for the Federal Center Chapter of the National Property Management Association and received the outstanding member award in 2003. Our Team Leaders and many of our Inventory Specialists have completed training for NPMA certification and are also Certified Professional Property Administrators. All of our Team Leaders and key personnel have participated in many fixed asset inventories and have been involved in many innovations to increase performance and production for our clients. Their conceptual approach to field operations and up-front preparation has contributed greatly to our success.
