As a custom control panel manufacturer Automation Displays, Inc. seeks to provide graphic panel solutions for a variety of environments and industries. ADI's custom electronic components can effectively control indicators, manage switching devices, and communicate via RS232, RS422, and RS485 serial interfaces to the customer PLC, SCADA system, Building Automation System or other system.

Our engineering staff has many years of experience in designing custom control panels and graphic displays. We also manufacture custom interface circuits for many of our customers. In addition to our electrical engineering capability we have the ability to design custom steel enclosures and control consoles to meet any project requirements.

ADI graphic control panels and annunciators can be wired to any manufacturer's discrete I/O modules. Generally, 24 volt DC output modules are used to drive LEDs. Low voltage DC binary input modules are used to scan switches. Connection can be made directly to customer supplied modules via 25 pair telco connectors or a variety of other connectors.

The FSCS (Fire Fighters Smoke Control Station) is intended to provide the necessary manual control switches and status indications for the facility equipment responsible for performing smoke control applications. This function and the interconnection to other smoke-control equipment, as well as HVAC equipment, are described in an installation documents provided by the Fire Alarm System or Building Automation System manufacturer. Each Smoke Control Panel is custom manufactured by Automation Displays, Inc. to meet the requirements of the project.

Today, ADI is a full service custom manufacturing operation that specializes in control panels and annunciators. So, regardless of the number of display graphics needed, we can build them to your exact specifications. If your project requires electronic displays or annunciators to interface with microprocessor based controllers or micro controllers we can do that, too. For instance, if you have a school that needs a graphic fire alarm panel or a hospital that needs temperature control panels in their OR rooms and surgical suites, we can do that.
