Cindy began her professional career in staffing 28 years ago while living in the Charlotte, NC metro area. Cindy has held various roles from Branch Manager to Marketing Manager, Area Manager, District Manager and her current role as Regional Manager, central division. Cindy has been instrumental in developing growth strategies, directing sales, operations, training and startup locations for Automation Personnel Services.

Automation Personnel Services is a full-service staffing company, and we handle positions in all areas of technical management clerical, industrial and skilled trades. By having a broad base of applicants, as well as various recruiting resources, we can meet your needs in most areas of your business.

With great employees and a unique commitment to service, our company has grown significantly in the last 24 years. From the most humble one-room office we have grown to 30 offices in thirteen states.
