Automotive Research & Distribution (AutoRnD), was founded in 1999 to provide a distribution channel for Japanese Manufactured products into Northern California. These were the good days when we only dreamed to have JDM brands come into the USA like RS*R, GP Sports, C-West, Endless, Zeal, Junction Produce, Fabulous, Ray's, Work, etc... We got them all back then, from Apex-i to Zeal.

All products carry the manufacturer's warranty, which varies on a per-product basis. If you wish to return a product for a manufacturers warranty you must first contact us at sales@autornd.cm and get an RMA. You will then be required to ship the item back to RG Enterprises, Inc or direct to the Manufacturer. All warranty and return freight will be paid by the customer, RG Enterprises, Inc. will not pay any return freight costs.

The warranty process of your product can take from 2 weeks to 3 months depending on the manufacturer. If the manufacturer approves the claim, it is up to their sole discretion (or provided manufacturers warranty coverage) if the product will be repaired, replaced or if a full refund will be provided. If you cannot wait for the warranty process to be completed and need a replacement part immediately, you may at any time purchase a replacement product from us. We will not ship a replacement part unless payment for the part is collected or a credit from the manufacturer has been received.
