AUTOTEST Company is a specialized Engineering Design/Build firm, Advanced Software Developer and integrated functional Automated Test Equipment (ATE) Manufacturer. Our unique blend of talented engineers are able to provide more than a typical solution for when the production engineer needs a more adaptable solution than what a typical instrument can provide. AUTOTEST ’s goal from the start was to provide automated test systems and flexible ATE systems for power supplies, making us the first commercial manufacturer of Automated Power Supply Test Equipment globally.

Founded in 2009, GreenStar ( www.greenstarled.com ) is an innovative USA-based company designing, manufacturing, and distributing highly advanced, eco-friendly, and cost-saving light emitting diode (LED) lighting systems to municipalities and commercial businesses around the world. Greenstar is in the process of moving to a new production facility in San Antonio, Texas.

It has been our policy to provide service long after the system has shipped. Items requiring repair can easily be returned to Autotest through our customer service department. To setup a repair, contact Autotest Customer Service at (210) 661-8661 ext 323, service@autotest.com and a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number will be issued along with price and lead time. The standard turnaround time for a repair is usually within 4 working days (expedited service available). Autotest offers onsite repairs at the customer’s request at our standard repair rates.

“We were manually testing switchmode power supplies on the bench, which was very slow and there was always a chance for human errors,” says Scott Whiteman, a test engineer with Lineage Power in Tustin, California. “As our customer demands increased and the power supplies got more complicated it was clear that we could no longer manually test our products. Many of these supplies had up to 15 outputs and each one required multiple tests, resulting in 50 to 100 tests per power supply.
