A single software application running on a Windows® PC, combined with any off-the-shelf Audio/Video components, provide government agencies with a complete ‘Capture-Manage-Share’ solution.

The needs of government agencies, however, do not stop with simply recording audio & video. Various departments have certain requirements that must be met. Courtrooms, for example, are required by law to capture the audio in four isolated channels for transcription purposes. City councils are required to provide an agenda of the meeting and to keep accurate minutes. AV Capture All's solutions are designed to meet the special requirements of each department within a government agency, while providing innovative features that meet their overall needs, not just their requirements.

AV Capture All’s recording solutions for government agencies can be purchased through our network of Authorized Partners. Each of our experienced Partners have been authorized by AVCA to provide the valuable services of on-site installation, training and support of our solutions. Our Authorized Partners work directly with government agency customers as System Integrators to meet the agencies' A/V recording needs.

16. FORCE MAJEURE 16.1. The Parties shall be absolved of liability for delays caused by events beyond the Parties’ control. Such events shall include acts of natural phenomena, war, popular unrest, epidemics, fire, flood, earthquake and other natural disasters, failures in the operation of computer networks and communications systems, and disruptions in the operation of postal and courier services. 17.
