Avalon Labels produced this panel label for a customer in the electrical industry. This 4.00" x 2.65", 0.002" thick white polyester label features a 0.001" clear lamination and a high-bond permanent adhesive backing. Working with the customer specifications and a 2D CAD drawing, we printed it on our Edge FX thermal transfer printer and Gerber Envision cutting plotter, chosen for their ability to provide the superior accuracy required to meet the ± 0.05" tolerance requirements.

Avalon Labels manufactures custom labels and decals for a wide range of industries. We are experts in producing labels such as hazard, CE triangle master, safety, tamper proof, void, bar codes and destructible. Working with mainly polyester and vinyl materials that are UL approved means that we are able to produce a label or decal that suits any environment or application. Labels are made by silk screening, flexographic, hot stamp, or 4 color process printing in custom colors that also include metallic options and Pantone (PMS) color matching.
