Our qualified laptop repair technicians can perform software installation and troubleshooting as well as repairs of many components. We are located in Sterling, VA, just outside of the Washington, DC metro area. We service all major brands in laptop repair and maintenance. DIAGNOSIS Diagnosis of your machine is FREE if the repair is authorized after diagnosis. A $50 charge applies should the customer choose not to go ahead with repairs after a successful diagnosis. We will diagnose the problem and call you with an estimate within 48 hours. REASONABLE RATES We offer flat rates for all laptop repairs. We charge a $99 flat rate for all laptop repairs. Installation of Operating System, Software and Data Backup will cost extra at the rate of $65 per hour. *** Motherboard related repair will cost up to $150 RUSH SERVICE Rush service available at an additional cost of $75. SHIPPING OF YOUR LAPTOP FOR REPAIR Due to our excellent service record and very reasonable prices we receive hundreds of Laptops for repairs every month. To provide you with the highest standard of service we have established some guidelines to ensure a smooth process for all parties involved. SHIPPING CHARGES We charge $20 for all return shipping via UPS (ground). (Weight limit may apply) STEP 1: Pack your Laptop in a sturdy box and get it ready for shipment. Packaging Tips STEP 2: After you have your Laptop all packed in a secure box, please call our office at 703-707-8649 to arrange a pickup or simply fill out our work order form and we will do the rest. INSURANCE We offer up to $500 insurance on your laptop at no cost to you when shipping, additional insurance can also be purchased. Please ask our representative for details. PLEASE NOTE : Make sure that your Laptop is ready before UPS arrives. Whenever possible we try to repair a part before replacing it. The landed cost to you is much less than what a manufacturer charges for a replacement part.
