Alborg, Veiluva & Epstein is a smaller law firm, conveniently located in the City of Walnut Creek, a central location in the East Bay region of the San Francisco Bay Area. We specialize in real estate and commercial litigation and related transactional matters. Our clients include title insurance companies, banks and thrifts, builders and developers, malpractice insurers (limited to complex commercial and real estate disputes), and other related real estate industries. We are defined not so much by who we represent, as by what we do. Real estate is our primary focus. Whether representing a large or small lender in a real estate workout, an attorney being sued for real estate malpractice, or a title insurer on a coverage issue, we are first and foremost real estate practitioners. But that expertise has launched us into related practice areas, including general lending law, commercial collection matters, and class action litigation. Because of our limited focus, we are known throughout California, and represent several of our clients on a statewide basis. In selected instances, we represent individual clients in matters of special interest and expertise to the firm. We know that the practice of law has changed remarkably.
