Commander Premier Aircraft Corporation was formed by over 50 owners of Commander aircraft in the spring of 2005. CAPC was formed to submit a bid to buy the assets of defunct Commander Aircraft Corporation from CAC’s bankruptcy trustee and produce new Commander aircraft and support the worldwide Commander aircraft fleet. CPAC’s bid was successful and, CPAC closed the acquisition at the end of June 2005. The acquisition did not include a lease of CAC’s former facility in Oklahoma City and no appropriate space could be found within commuting distance of the Oklahoma City work force. After an intense search, the Company chose Cape Girardeau Regional Airport for its new home. All production equipment and inventory is being be moved into our new facility during November 2005.The board of directors of Commander Premier Aircraft Corporation consists of Mr. Joel M. Hartstone, President and CEO, Ms. Claudia S. Horn, Chief Financial Officer, and Mr. Robert Tippens, an organizer of the Commander Owners Group and a primary organizer of the Company.The management of CPAC, Commander Premier’s wholly owned operating subsidiary, consists of Mr. Joel M. Hartstone, President and CEO (also a director), Ms. Claudia S. Horn, Chief Financial Officer (also a director), Mr. Carl R. Gull, Vice President – Operations, and Mr. Mark Standrich, Service Center Director and Lead Mechanic. In addition, Mr. Teddy D. Christy, FAA Designated Airworthiness Representative, serves as an independent FAA Quality Assurance Advisor, as well as serving as CPAC’s Chief Production Training Coordinator.
