Cate’s strength and key differentiator is her broad business background. Cate has over 20 years of experience in high-tech industries, covering a broad spectrum of business areas – computer hardware, software and services. She has years of hands-on experience in product design and development, product marketing, project and program management, strategy and business planning, and customer education and consulting.

Lisa began her career in training and development in 1987. She has gained experience in private industry and consulting organizations over the past 23 years through a combination of training program design, delivery and project management opportunities working with domestic and international clients.

David has extensive experience in sales and marketing management. Prior to joining DDI, he was a Director of Marketing and Regional Sales Manager for a privately held San Francisco-based manufacturer of computerized marking and engraving equipment. Before that, he served as Training Manager and Branch Sales Manager for Kroy Inc., in Phoenix, Arizona.

David has worked with organizations in industries including manufacturing, high technology, banking, service, health care and government. He has extensive experience in developing and delivering training on leadership, organizational change, team-building, problem-solving, individual and team productivity, facilitation skills, performance management and selection skills to employees and all management levels. He is also a certified job analyst.
