Description

Avidasports warrants Custom Designed and Manufactured Avidasports’ equipment against defects in material or workmanship which exist in such equipment at the time of its delivery, that develop under normal use within a period of one year from the date of shipment of which Purchaser/Lessee gives Avidasports prompt notice in writing or by other means if the notice by other means is expressly acknowledged as received by Avidasports in writing or via an electronic communication from Avidasports.
