Our airline graphic wraps feature the highest quality materials from 3M, Avery and Arlon. We take pride in providing top-quality graphics and guarantee complete customer satisfaction.

Avion Graphics has also worked closely with manufacturers of galleys and lavatories. Typically, our customers are looking for a light weight durable material that can handle the abuse from cargo, passengers, constant use from flight attendants, and durable enough to handle the exposure to harsh cleaning solutions. The most common material used is Lexan. This thickness preferred is typically ranges from 5-40 mils. The ink is applied to the back side of the film leaving a thick, protective layer that protects the placards from impact and chemicals. We also use Metalphoto.

Avion Graphics only uses the best materials for aircraft identification. For over 30 years we have watched aircraft film evolve, with the disappearance of older films and processes and the introduction of new and approved versions.

Avion will be providing truck wraps, door identification, and fleet numbers for NationaLeases affiliates, a combined customer fleet of 125,000 tractors, trucks, and trailers. NationaLease is one of the largest full service truck leasing organizations in North America, with more than 600 service locations throughout the U.S. and Canada.
