Avionic Products, Inc. (“API”) is a holding company created for the purpose of acquiring companies in the business of designing and manufacturing military and commercial products applicable to aircraft and ground-based systems to serve the first and second tier of military and commercial aerospace. API was founded by Dr. James Winchester in 1992. Dr. Winchester is an aerospace executive with 30-years experience at Hughes Aircraft Company, Teledyne Industries, Litton and Northrop Grumman.
