Description
We continue our negotiations with APS for AXL's charter and are confident that we will come to contract terms that honor both AXL's mission and the school district's responsibility to safeguard the quality of all of its schools. Given the delays caused by the charter denial and appeal, AXL will open in August 2008, not this Fall as hoped. This ensures that will AXL deliver the outstanding educational program it promises. Our students deserve nothing less. We are still collecting Student Interest Forms and recruiting applicants for key staff positions.
