All of our new employees participate in rigorous training, including a physical fitness test and drug test. Upon passing, all employees receive training in OSHA 10, SSTA, Confined Space, boom/scissor lift, ladder, hazardous communication and fall protection. All vehicle drivers are part of a vehicle maintenance and driver safety program. All APP foremen have first aid training and OSHA 30 and Superintendents have OSHA 50. APP also has a full-time safety director with over 30 years of experience exclusively in the paint and coating field.
