AZC was established in 1994 as a scientific software consulting service in Thousand Oaks, California by a Stanford University engineering graduate and a RUCA (State University of Antwerpen,Belgium) business graduate. In early 1995 the founding partners switched the company's focus in order to get a foothold in the budding internet market. In July of that same year, AZC.com went online for the first time. AZC was an instant success. The incredible growth of the company convinced the partners that a relocation to the capital of the internet industry was needed. Silicon Valley's status as the center of computer and software innovation, made it the perfect spot, and recruiting talented professionals proved to be a breeze. In its newfound home, Mountain View, CA, AZC's core team was established and the fledgling hosting company was on it's way. Today, a solid team of programmers and internet specialists work together to ensure that AZC remains a leader in offering the most advanced, cutting-edge web hosting technologies. All features offered by AZC are specially designed and maintained by the company's technical staff. Each member of this staff holds a Computer Science or related engineering degree awarded by prestigious universities in the United States or in Europe.
